Rational Pricing in an Irrational World

My primary goal is to make personal training accessible and sustainable in my local community, please, please, please - don’t let money be the reason you don’t reach out if you’re curious about working with me! I have the privilege of being able to set my rates according to my client’s needs because of the low-overhead nature of how I work (low tech, remotely, in my private home gym, or in your space), whatever you want to work on: we can collaborate together to figure out what will work for us both!

Types of Sessions

  • For new clients. We can meet in person (let’s support other local businesses!) or virtually. Please reach out, I am always happy to chat!

    A casual conversation, free of charge, to get to know each other, and to talk about your goals and how we may be able to work together.

  • For anyone; new clients (after we’ve met in a Discovery session), returning clients, ongoing clients looking to fully re-assess and/or pivot goals. In person.

    A Baseline session is a longer session to really dive into your personal experience and mindset, define your short and long-term goals, identify areas you’re needing support in, build a personalized short and long-term plan for you, share relevant assessment and tools (an inventorying of your lifestyle and habits, postural assessment, fitness assessment, nutrition recommendations, fitness recommendations to name a few; we will decide together what will best fit your goals to measure and make use of), and define how we may continue to work together.

  • For ongoing clients. Virtual.

    Check Ins are our time to discuss observations, wins and any potential challenges or concerns in your day to day, assess progress toward your current goals since the last time we spoke; and they give us the opportunity to be responsive to your life as you’re living it and make adjustments in your individual plan based on what you are experiencing and needing.

  • For anyone. In person or virtual.

    Movement sessions are fully individualized to your personal needs and goals and often leverage a number of modalities: breath-work, postural awareness, core engagement, balance, cardio, resistance training, mobility and soft tissue work, yoga, etc, as well as my attention assessing form, providing feedback and individualized cueing so you feel the most benefit, providing options to progress or regress training as you need with regard to your energy, ability and personal preference.
